Postpartum anxiety.

Panic attacks.

Loss of identity.

I had the titles.

But I didn't have myself.

The Onion

Healing isn't glamorous. It's peeling back the onion.

And onions are sticky. Layered. They sting. They make you cry. They don't smell pretty. Just like my healing process.

Layer by layer, I confronted:

  • Fear of not being enough

  • The identity I built to survive

I didn't wake up confident.

I did shadow work. I journaled daily. I meditated consistently.

I invested in therapy. I hired mentors.

I studied emotional intelligence.

I peeled. And peeled again. And every layer exposed something deeper.

That work changed everything.

It wasn't created in a marketing meeting. It was born in the peeling.

Born in identity reconstruction.
